Synopsis
A bank teller and her policeman boyfriend plan what they believe to be the perfect bank robbery until things start to go awry. Bank teller Cyndee LaFrance has always longed to live the good life. Her policeman boyfriend Frank Syler has always longed to give it to her -- not by working hard but by robbing a bank. They convince themselves that they can pull it off. The robbery goes smoothly -- Frank, disguised as a clown with a gun, surprises Cyndee and a colleague as they enter the bank and forces them to open the vault. Afterwards, Frank changes his costume and joins the other policemen who have been summoned to the bank. But a relentless FBI agent instinctively knows that Frank is involved and sets out to prove it. Inspired by actual events.
