Synopsis
An ex-CIA agent is lured out of retirement to thwart the KGB plot to assassinate the Soviet General Secretary during a public ceremony in an Eastern European country. Working alone in Eastern Europe, he joins forces with a former enemy and an old flame to thwart the deadly scheme.
