Synopsis
Story begins as Bumby Johnson is released from Sing Sing and returns to Harlem where he becomes the bodyguard for Queen St Clair, the head of the Harlem numbers racket. Her business makes big money, attracting the interest of "Dutch" Schultz who, under the eyes of Lucky Luciano, decides to move in on her territory. When Schultz conspires with the New York City special prosecutor against organized crime to have her arrested and jailed, Johnson takes over the business. It is not long before Schultz and Johnson are head to head, the former a psychopath and the latter, Robin Hood.
