Brief Synopsis

Jamie and Packard are teenage car racers. When Jamie gets involved with Packard's girlfriend Keri, Packard and his gang kill him. After this, the Wraith, a black turbo race car appears to challenge Packard. During the many races that follow, Packard's gang members are killed off. Then just as this conflict is coming to an end, a new boy named Jake rides into town on his motorcycle and begins to pursue Keri.
