Jim Dickinson worked on a variety of projects during his entertainment career. Dickinson worked on a variety of projects during his early entertainment career, including"Running Fence" (1978) starring Christo, "Southern Comfort" with Keith Carradine (1981) and "The Border" (1981) starring Jack Nicholson. He also contributed to "The Child" (1978) starring Laurel Barnett and "The Long Riders" with David Carradine (1980). In the eighties and the nineties, Dickinson devoted his time to various credits, such as "Streets of Fire" with Michael Paré (1984), "Alamo Bay" (1985) and "Blue City" (1986). He also worked on "Rhythm, Country & Blues: An "In the Spotlight" Special" (PBS, 1993-94). Dickinson had a number of different projects under his belt in the nineties and the early 2000s, including "Sam Phillips: The Man Who Invented Rock 'n' Roll" "American Saint" (2001) starring Kevin Corrigan and "The Blues" (2003-04). His credits also expanded to "Forty Shades of Blue" (2005) starring Rip Torn. Dickinson last worked on the crime drama "Black Snake Moan" (2007) with Samuel L. Jackson. Dickinson passed away in August 2009 at the age of 68.
