Jeff Carson worked on a variety of projects during his entertainment career. Carson worked on a variety of projects during his early entertainment career, including "Airplane!" (1980) starring Robert Hays, "American Pop" (1981) starring Ron Thompson and "Annie" (1982) starring Albert Finney. He also contributed to "Heavy Metal" (1981), "The Toy" (1982) and "Winter Kills" (1979). In the nineties, Carson devoted his time to various credits, such as "The Two Jakes" with Jack Nicholson (1990), "William Peter Blatty's The Exorcist III" with George C Scott (1990) and "Rush" with Jason Patric (1991). He also worked on "The Naked Gun 2 1/2: The Smell of Fear" (1991) starring Leslie Nielsen. Carson continued to exercise his talent in the early 2000s, taking on a mix of projects like "Georgia Rule" (2007) starring Jane Fonda, "Meet Dave" (2008) starring Eddie Murphy and "My Best Friend's Girl" with Dane Cook (2008). His credits also expanded to "Swing Vote" with Kevin Costner (2008) and "The Spirit" (2008). Most recently, Carson edited "The Walk" (2015). Carson won an Outstanding Sound Editing For Nonfiction Programming (Single or Multi-Camera) Primetime Emmy Award for "Cosmos: A Space-Time Odyssey" in 2014.
