She also worked in film during these years, including roles in the Edward Norton action picture "Fight Club" (1999) and the Jim Carrey comedic drama "Man on the Moon" (1999). In the nineties and the early 2000s, she shifted her entertainment career towards more dramatic roles, appearing on "Once and Again" (ABC, 1999-2002), "Strong Medicine" (Lifetime, 1999-2005) and "Six Feet Under" (HBO, 2000-05). She also appeared in "Cold Case" (CBS, 2003-2010). She also had roles in film during these years, including roles in "Simpatico" (1999). Cabot took on film roles in more recent years, appearing in the Bruce Willis action flick "Hostage" (2005), the drama "Down in the Valley" (2006) with Edward Norton and the Edward Norton crime drama "Pride and Glory" (2008).
