Biography
Dan Buran was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Buran worked on a variety of projects during his early entertainment career, including"A Better Way to Die" (HBO, 2000-01), "A Kid Called Danger" (HBO, 1999-2000) and "Blue Car" (2003). He also contributed to "The Right Temptation" (HBO, 1999-2000) and "Waking Up Horton" (Showtime, 1999-2000). He continued to work steadily in television throughout the early 2000s, appearing on "CSI: New York" (2004-2013), "Criminal Minds" (CBS, 2005-) and "Dexter" (Showtime, 2006-2013). His work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "The Black Hole" (Syfy, 2005). As his entertainment career progressed, he appeared in "American Gun" (2006) with Donald Sutherland. Recently, he tackled roles on "Southland" (2008-2013), "True Blood" (HBO, 2008-2014) and "Justified" (FX, 2009-2015). He also appeared in "Major Crimes" (TNT, 2011-). Buran most recently acted on "Nashville" (ABC, 2012-).
