Bartholomew worked on a variety of projects during his early entertainment career, including "The Abyss" (1989) starring Ed Harris and "Arachnophobia" (1990). Bartholomew also appeared in "Robocop 2" with Peter Weller (1990), "Last Action Hero" with Arnold Schwarzenegger (1993) and "Partners" (Showtime, 1994-95). He also worked on "Rock & Roll" (PBS, 1995-96). More recently, Bartholomew worked on the Will Ferrell fantastical comedy "Stranger Than Fiction" (2006).
