Biography
Richard Frank was an actor most commonly known for his memorable roles in television. He had an early role on the television special "Roanoak" (PBS, 1985-86). He also appeared in the TV movie "The Wall" (CBS, 1981-82). He worked in series television while getting his start in acting, including a part on "Perfect Strangers" (ABC, 1985-1993). His work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "Cracked Up" (ABC, 1986-87). In the eighties and the nineties, Frank worked on predominantly television shows such as "Anything But Love" (1988-1992), "Life Goes On" (ABC, 1989-1993) and "Sisters" (1990-96). Recently, he tackled roles on "Mad About You" (1992-99), "The Jackie Thomas Show" (ABC, 1992-93) and "The Larry Sanders Show" (1992-98). He also appeared in "The Sinbad Show" (Fox, 1993-94). Most recently, Frank produced "A Clay Aiken Christmas" (NBC, 2004-05).
