Hector Elias was an accomplished actor who appeared in a variety of films throughout his Hollywood career. Elias started his acting career landing roles in films, such as the Robert De Niro sports "Bang the Drum Slowly" (1973), the action film "The Master Gunfighter" (1975) with Tom Laughlin and "Heroes" (1977) with Henry Winkler. He also appeared in the Tom Cruise comedy "Losin' It" (1983). He additionally landed roles in the TV movies "Delancey Street: The Crisis Within" (NBC, 1974-75) and "Katherine" (ABC, 1975-76). His passion for acting continued to his roles in projects like the Chevy Chase comedy "Three Amigos!" (1986), the Stephen Shellen romance "Talking Walls" (1987) and the action flick "Ragin' Cajun" (1990) with Samantha Eggar. He also appeared in the drama "The Pornographer" (1993) with Jason Tomlins. Recently, he tackled roles in the comedy "Mr. Wrong" (1996) with Ellen DeGeneres, "Buddy Boy" (2000) and "Carman: the Champion" (2001). He also appeared in the Ben Stiller comedy "Envy" (2004).
