Robert Easton was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Easton's career in acting began with his roles in various films like "Cause For Alarm" (1951), "Drums in the Deep South" (1951) and the drama "The Red Badge of Courage" (1951) with Audie Murphy. Biography

Robert Easton was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Easton's career in acting began with his roles in various films like "Cause For Alarm" (1951), "Drums in the Deep South" (1951) and the drama "The Red Badge of Courage" (1951) with Audie Murphy. He also appeared in the Jose Ferrer biopic "Deep in My Heart" (1954), the John Wayne dramatic adaptation "The High and the Mighty" (1954) and the Paul Newman dramatic biopic "Somebody Up There Likes Me" (1956). In the seventies and the eighties, Easton devoted his time to various credits, such as "Pete's Dragon" (1977) starring Sean Marshall, "Magic" (1978) starring Anthony Hopkins and "When You Comin' Back, Red Ryder?" with Marjoe Gortner (1979). He also worked on "The Neverending Story" (1984) starring Noah Hathaway. Film continued to be his passion as he played roles in the action film "Hitz" (1992) with Emilia Crow, the horror sequel "Pet Sematary Two" (1992) with Clancy Brown and "Needful Things" (1993). Easton was most recently credited in the dramedy "A Perfect Man" (2013) with Liev Schreiber. Easton passed away in December 2011 at the age of 81.
