Biography
John Durren was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. He had an early role on the television special "Risko" (CBS, 1975-76). Durren worked in television around the start of his acting career with a role on "M*A*S*H" (CBS, 1972-1983). He additionally landed roles in the TV movies "Crime Club" (CBS, 1974-75) and "The Turning Point of Jim Malloy" (NBC, 1974-75). He next focused his entertainment career on film, appearing in the Sondra Currie western "Jessie's Girls" (1976), "Bobbie Jo and the Outlaw" (1976) with Marjoe Gortner and the action film "The Gumball Rally" (1976) with Michael Sarrazin. He also worked in television around this time, including a part on "Baa Baa Black Sheep" (NBC, 1976-78). He also had a part in the TV miniseries "Mr. Horn" (1978-79). Most recently, Durren appeared in "Money Plays" (The Movie Channel, 1997-98).
