Veteran Hollywood art director whose outstanding work includes Orson Welles' "Touch of Evil" (1958), Jack Clayton's "The Incredible Shrinking Man" (1957) and Alfred Hitchcock's "Psycho" (1960). Clatworthy won an Academy Award for his work on Stanley Kramer's all-star "Ship of Fools" in 1965....
