Biography
Tara Subkoff was a prolific actress who created a name for herself largely on the big screen. Subkoff's early roles were in dramas like "All Over Me" (1997) with Alison Folland, the Jack Nicholson hit "As Good As It Gets" (1997) and "Black Circle Boys" (1998) with Scott Bairstow. She worked in television in her early acting career as well, including parts on "Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman" (CBS, 1992-98) and "Kindred: The Embraced" (Fox, 1995-96). Her film career continued throughout the nineties and the early 2000s in productions like "Lover Girl" (1998), the comedic drama "The Last Days of Disco" (1998) with Chloƫ Sevigny and "Mascara" (1999) with Ione Skye. She also appeared in the Jennifer Lopez drama "The Cell" (2000). Her work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "Teenage Caveman" (Cinemax, 2001-02). Film continued to be her passion as she played roles in the Gretchen Mol biopic drama "The Notorious Bettie Page" (2006), the Brittany Murphy thrilling mystery "Abandoned" (2010) and "How Do You Know" (2010). She also appeared in the Rooney Mara drama "Tanner Hall" (2011). Most recently, Subkoff worked on the thriller "#Horror" (2015) with Chloƫ Sevigny.
