Biography
Blair Slater was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. He had a part on the television special "Goosebumps: Night of the Living Dummy III" (Fox, 1996-97). He also starred in the TV movies "A Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes: The Annette Funicello Story" (1995-96), "Bye Bye Birdie" (ABC, 1995-96) and "In the Lake of the Woods" (Fox, 1995-96). He also appeared in "Mother Trucker: The Diana Kilmury Story" (TNT, 1996-97). He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "The Adventures of Shirley Holmes: Detective" (Fox Family Channel, 1998-2000). He also starred in the TV movies "Prisoner of Zenda Inc." (1996-97), "Rose Hill" (CBS, 1996-97) and "Harlequin's Diamond Girl" (The Movie Channel, 1997-98). He also appeared in "Tourist Trap" (ABC, 1997-98). Additionally, he later acted in "I'll Be Home for Christmas" (1998) with Jonathan Taylor Thomas. Slater focused on film in more recent years, appearing in the Jim Carrey hit dramedy "The Truman Show" (1998) and the action picture "Reindeer Games" (2000) with Ben Affleck. He also was featured in the TV movies "Zenon: Girl of the 21st Century" (1998-99), "By Dawn's Early Light" (Showtime, 2000-01) and "Bang, Bang, You're Dead" (Showtime, 2002-03). Slater most recently acted on "Psych" (USA, 2005-2014).
