Biography
Barbara Cason was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. She additionally landed roles in the TV movies "It Couldn't Happen to a Nicer Guy" (ABC, 1974-75) and "Let's Switch" (ABC, 1974-75). She also landed roles in various films, such as the Shirley Stoler crime flick "The Honeymoon Killers" (1970) and the comedy "Cold Turkey" (1971) with Dick Van Dyke. During these years, she also worked in film, earning a part in "Exorcist II: The Heretic" (1977) with Linda Blair. She also contributed to a variety of television specials, including "America, You're On" (ABC, 1975-76) and "Tabitha" (ABC, 1975-76). She also worked in television around this time, including a part on "Carter Country" (ABC, 1977-79). Additionally, she appeared on the television special "The Brady Girls Get Married" (NBC, 1980-81). Cason last directed "It's Garry Shandling's Show" (Fox, 1986-1990). Cason's husband was Dennis Patrick. Cason passed away in June 1990 at the age of 62.
