Harold Wheeler worked on a variety of projects during his entertainment career. Earlier work from Wheeler complimented the scores of such film dramas as "Straight Out of Brooklyn" (1991) with George T Odom and Ann D Sanders. In the nineties, Wheeler devoted his time to various credits, such as "You Must Remember This" (PBS, 1992-93), "45th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards" (ABC, 1993-94) and "A 70's Celebration: The Beat Is Back" (NBC, 1993-94). He also worked on "Love! Valour! Compassion!" (1997) starring Jason Alexander. Wheeler continued to exercise his talent in the nineties and the early 2000s, taking on a mix of projects like "The Black Cowboys" (History, 1998-99), "Disney's The Kid" with Bruce Willis (2000) and the Beyoncé Knowles and Jamie Foxx box office smash "Dreamgirls" (2006). His credits also expanded to the John Travolta and Queen Latifah blockbuster "Hairspray" (2007). Wheeler most recently worked on "Christmas in Washington 2012" (TNT, 2012-13). Wheeler was nominated for an Outstanding Music Direction Primetime Emmy Award for "The 76th Annual Academy Awards" in 2004.
