Biography
Shirley Walker worked on a variety of projects during her entertainment career. Walker worked on a variety of projects during her early entertainment career, including "Apocalypse Now" with Marlon Brando (1979), "Ghoulies" with Peter Liapis (1985) and "Metalstorm: The Destruction of Jared-Syn" with Jeffrey Byron (1983). She also contributed to "The Black Stallion" (1980) starring Kelly Reno, "The End of August" (1981) and "Touched" (1983). In the nineties, Walker devoted her time to various credits, such as "Pacific Heights" (1990), "Backdraft" (1991) starring Kurt Russell and "Defending Your Life" (1991) starring Albert Brooks. She also worked on "White Fang" with Klaus Maria Brandauer (1991). Walker's music was also featured in "Turbulence" (1997), the Hank Azaria action flick "Mystery Men" (1999) and "Final Destination" (2000). Walker was most recently credited in the horror sequel "The Final Destination" (2009) with Bobby Campo. Walker passed away in November 2006 at the age of 61.
