Biography
Antonio Pedro, a Brazilian-born actor, found success in the Hollywood movie scene, starring in a variety of films throughout his Hollywood career. Pedro's earliest roles were in film, including the comedy "O Homem do Pau Brasil" (1981) with Itala Nandi, the comedy "Gabriela" (1983) with Sonia Braga and the Betty Faria drama "The Story of Fausta" (1988). He also appeared in the Diogo Vilela comedy "O Grande Mentecapto" (1989). He continued to work steadily in film throughout the nineties, appearing in "Dias Melhores Virao" (1990) and the dramatic adaptation "A Naked Man" (1997) with Claudio Marzo. Film continued to be his passion as he played roles in "Four Days in September" (1998), the Joaquim De Almeida crime adaptation "O Xango De Baker Street" (2001) and "Casa da Mae Joana" (2008) with Pedro Cardoso. Pedro most recently acted in "Xuxa em O Mistério de Feiurinha" (2009).
