In his early acting career, O'Bryan appeared in such films as the Al Pacino comedic adaptation "Frankie and Johnny" (1991), the Robert Downey Jr. dramatic biopic "Chaplin" (1992) and "Heart and Souls" (1993). He also appeared in "Exit to Eden" (1994), the comedy "Trapped in Paradise" (1994) with Nicolas Cage and the Denzel Washington action movie "Crimson Tide" (1995). His passion for acting continued to his roles in projects like "I'll Be Home for Christmas" (1998) with Jonathan Taylor Thomas, "Nice Guys Sleep Alone" (1999) and the Julie Andrews hit comedy adventure "The Princess Diaries" (2001). He also appeared in "Big Fat Liar" (2002) with Frankie Muniz.
