Biography
Kris Nelson worked on a variety of projects during her entertainment career. She also appeared in the TV movie "The Over-the-Hill Gang" (ABC, 1969). She had an early role on the television special "Sam" (CBS, 1976-77). Nelson worked in television around the start of her acting career with a role on "Adam-12" (NBC, 1968-1975). In the eighties, Nelson devoted her time to various credits, such as "Liar's Moon" with Matt Dillon (1982), "The Beach Girls" (1982) starring Debra Blee and "My Tutor" (1983). She also worked on "Trouble in Mind" (1985) and "Hoosiers" (1986) starring Gene Hackman. Nelson continued to exercise her talent in the nineties and the early 2000s, taking on a mix of projects like "Heaven Help Us" the Jim Carrey and Ian McNeice box office smash "Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls" (1995) and "Chicago Sons" (NBC, 1996-97). Her credits also expanded to "Ozzie & Harriet: The Adventures of America's Favorite Family" and "Zoot Suit Riots" (PBS, 2001-02). Most recently, Nelson acted on "Saint George" (FX, 2013-14).
