Biography
Silvia Munt was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. Munt kickstarted her acting career in various films such as "Pares y Nones" (1983), the José Sacristán drama "Tin Soldiers" (1983) and "Akelarre" (1984). She also appeared in "El Suizo--Un Amour En Espagne" (1985) with Jurg Low, "Golfo de Vizcaya" (1985) and "The Aspern Papers" (1991). Her passion for acting continued to her roles in projects like "The Trunks For the Return" (1994), the dramatic adaptation "Turkish Passion" (1994) with Ana Belen and the comedy adaptation "What's It All About" (1994) with Camilo Rodriguez. She also appeared in the drama "The King of the River" (1995) with Alfredo Landa, "Everything is Dark" (1997) and the thriller "Extasis" (1997) with Javier Bardem. More recently, she continued to act in "Secrets of the Heart" (1997), "Sub Judice" (1998) and "Aunque tu no lo sepas" (2000). She also appeared in the Ingrid Rubio drama "El Viaje de Arian" (2000), the Mercedes Sampietro drama "53 Dias De Invierno" (2006) and "Remake (Spain)" (2006). Most recently, Munt acted in "Pretexts" (2008).
