She then acted in the John Steadman horror feature "The Hills Have Eyes" (1977), "Wilder and Wilder" (CBS, 1977-78) and "The 416th" (CBS, 1978-79). She also appeared in "Madame X" (NBC, 1980-81) and "The Night the Bridge Fell Down" (NBC, 1982-83). More recently, Lanier acted in the David Banks horror flick "Cut!" (2015).
