Synopsis

Rod Tillman retires from stock car racing when his car is wrecked. Four members of a motorcycle gang called Satan's Angels, who commit crimes strictly for "kicks," try to recruit him to drive the getaway car for an impending bank robbery. When he refuses, Lieutenant Dorn persuades him to join the gang as an undercover agent for the police. Rod then enters another race and again demolishes his car in order to encourage the Angels to repeat their offer. All goes according to plan, and Rod drives the car when the gang robs a gun store to obtain the weapons they need. Although he sees the store owner killed by Banjo and Fats, two gang members, Rod continues with the gang in order to ascertain details of the planned bank robbery. Banjo, the leader, catches Rod with "mama" Linda, but Rod wins their fierce fistfight. The next day, the gang robs the bank. Even though Rod signals the police, the Angels escape, killing three policemen in the ensuing chase. They take refuge in a deserted lighthouse but are killed, one by one, by the police. Although one of the gang members, Jeeter, escapes, he is killed by Linda just as he is about to shoot Rod.
