Synopsis
A wandering balladeer returns to his home and learns that his grandfather has chosen to fight the devil by playing a song on a silver-stringed guitar. But sadly, the old man made his guitar strings out of silver dollars, not realizing that modern-day coins are not made of silver, and as a consequence, loses his soul. The balladeer decides to fight the devil as well, and wisely uses real silver for his guitar strings. He travels the countryside and eventually goes to Washington, D.C. to battle with evil.
