Synopsis
Sometime in the future, the President of the United States dies and is succeeded by his 35-year-old son, Fillard Millmore, the 43rd president. Millmore is absolutely incompetent, and his cabinet seeks to exploit his naiveté. They devise a scheme to drop an atomic bomb on New York City and blame it on the Communist Chinese, hoping their plot will boost the stock market. Millmore manages to outwit his advisers, however, even in their plans for him to marry the daughter of the Chinese Prime Minister.
