Synopsis
Ben Jabousky from the League Against Nudity visits a Hollywood burlesque house with a moralistic old miner in order to effect a plan of sabotage. Having tampered with the fuse box, they sit back to wait for midnight. The miner relates the unfortunate tale of his partner, Jamie, who was so startled by the sight of two naked women in the Nevada desert that he fell from his horse and struck his head on a rock. From that moment on, Jamie saw nude women wherever he went. Jabousky is outwardly shocked by the morally repugnant tale, though his stern exterior belies a secret fascination with nudity. His efforts have included building a telescope to spy on the proceedings at a pinup studio and attempting to tunnel through. As the intoxicated visitors move closer to the stage, the miner recounts Jamie's efforts to explain his predicament to the sheriff and the showdown that resulted. As Jamie drew his gun, his adversary turned into a nude woman before his eyes, leaving him defenseless. The moralists, reveling in their increasingly exaggerated stories, lose track of the time. At midnight, darkness strikes. A band of stone-faced women arrive bearing signs condemning nudity and chase all the sinners out of the establishment, unaware that their leader is the worst offender.
