Synopsis

FATEBENEFRATELLI: Ghiga, a high-class call girl, is taken to a hospital run by friars after she is seriously injured in an automobile accident. Brother Felice, who is preparing to take his final vows, attempts to save Ghiga's soul while she attempts to seduce him. Later, Ghiga becomes a nun, and Felice leaves the order. LA VEDOVA: Giselle, a recently widowed Parisienne, brings her husband's body back to his hometown in Sicily without knowing that he was a Mafia kingpin. She innocently befriends several men in town, only to discover later that they have been murdered by her husband's associates. LA MOGLIE BAMBINA: Cirilla, young bride of middle-aged Giuliano, is troubled by her husband's emotional problems, most of which result from the difference in their ages, and suggests that he have an affair with another woman to ease his tension. [Sources indicate that each episode has a surprise ending.]
