Synopsis

Tony Maecenas, a nightclub owner and international playboy in Istanbul, lives a life of carefree luxury until Kenny, a beautiful FBI agent posing as an unemployed stripper, persuades him to join the hunt for a kidnaped atomic scientist. A secret power-mad organization has been paid $1 million in ransom money but has delivered up an impostor rather than the scientist. Tony is told he can keep the ransom money if he can outwit not only the secret organization but also a rival group of Chinese agents. Utilizing his knowledge of Istanbul and its denizens, Tony plunges into the adventure and has a series of narrow escapes at the city docks, at a construction site, and in a swimming pool at the Hilton Hotel. When Kenny also is kidnaped, Tony takes the law into his own hands and rescues her and the scientist. He turns him over to the FBI but keeps Kenny and the $1 million for himself.
