Synopsis
Tom and Bill, high school seniors, have lively discussions on the sexual experiences they both hope to enjoy. Elaine, a buxom tease whom Tom begins to date, sees love and sex in terms of marriage. On one occasion, Tom and Bill and some of their friends visit a girl with a reputation for loose morals; another time, Tom procures a prostitute but flees when she undresses. Meanwhile, Tom is being helped in his studies by Kathy, a bright classmate, and he discusses his hopes and dreams with her. One evening they make love, and later Kathy learns that she is pregnant. Tom obtains a scholarship to continue his education, ignores his responsibility to Kathy, and becomes engaged to Elaine.
