Here, we follow one year at the Jinyuan garment factory where the garment workers live in cramped dormitories and work long hours when there is work for them to do. The failing economy is hitting the entire industry and the factory owners are forced to cut production when the orders are not there, leaving both the owners and workers in a position of helplessness and frustration.
