Synopsis
Paul Jensen, a journalist from Berlin, experiences a midlife crisis and moves to Russia to escape things. There, he starts working for his former mentor, who owns a Russian lifestyle magazine. He is supposed to make the publication more successful--and he succeeds. Within a short period of time, his life is becoming a big party. When he meets the beautiful Russian woman Katja, he falls head over heels in love with her. Katja has a secret past and is involved with politics. When she dies at a bombing, Paul gets thrown into jail: the authorities blame him for being involved with terrorism. His mentor gets him out, but from then on, he is on the run from people who chase him through Moscow.
