Following German fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld's demand that a scene where he's described as a "thief" be cut from the film, the Hamburg Regional Court issued a temporary injunction on Friday, March 17, 1995. The film's German distributor, Senator Filmverleih, later agreed to cut the offensive reference.
