Synopsis

Camel racing, often called the Sport of Kings, is one of the most popular sports in the Middle East. This the story of the thousands of boys, some as young as two years old, who have been trafficked to the Middle East to work as camel jockeys from Bangladesh, Pakistan, Mauritania and Sudan. Some of the children were starved, injected with hormones and physically abused. Despite the fact child jockeys are now banned, many suspect the practice still continues. Juxtaposed against the beauty of the Middle East, we observe the use of these camel jockeys and hear the stories of the children whose lives have been marred forever by their experiences.
