Synopsis
A terminally ill Hispanic woman in her 60s named Ana embarks on a trip to West Texas to visit a Mexican healer who she hopes can cure her cancer. She goes on her journey with two people she met by chance: a man who has just been released from prison and an artist who is hitchhiking through Texas. However, the healer determines there is nothing to be done with Ana's illness so she decides to continue on to see the mountains of West Texas.
