Synopsis
Chris Long is a washed-up college basketball star turned trainer who once had plans for a lucrative NBA career and "the easy life. Now Chris finds himself working at a gym, trapped in a life that lacks purpose and direction. New owner Jack Guy, a shallow Hollywood type, arrives on the scene with big ideas and plenty of his own secrets, and unleashes a plan to turn the gym into a reality show. Nothing goes as planned, but, in the process, Chris and Jack forge an unexpected friendship. As a team, Chris and Jack help each other face their demons and lead the group down a path toward fulfilling all of their dreams.
