Synopsis
On a stormy night, paramedic Sadayu responds to an emergency snakebite call, accompanied by his younger brother Vick and partner Chai. Arriving at the apartment complex, Sadayu runs into his ex-girlfriend Nin, who lives in the building with her eccentric aunt Prai. Their rather unpleasant reunion is interrupted by thousands upon thousands of cobras invading the building and mercilessly attacking the residents. As the death toll rises, the survivors start to fight among themselves for the last vial of anti-venom. Meanwhile, Sadayu begins to suspect Nin and her aunt might somehow be at the source of the problem.
