Synopsis
A look at the little known world of Irish dancing through the competitive World Irish Dancing Championships. Thousands of dancers spend years of hard work preparing for the big competition. Traveling from the Netherlands, Russia, Ireland and the UK, these aspiring world champions and their entourages descend on Glasgow for one drama-fueled week of dance competition. Here, we observe as the dancers push themselves to the limit in a quest for perfection, recognition and a coveted world title.
