Synopsis
A portrait of the rise and fall of Detroit, Michigan. Once the most industrialized city in the United States and the manufacturing hub of the car industry, it is now a shell of its former self. What was once working and middle-class neighborhoods have transformed into vast urban prairies, populated with a diverse array of wildlife including falcon, deer, and coyote. In the ruined neighborhoods of old Detroit, we observe as urban pioneers rediscover and make use of what the city still has to offer.
