Synopsis
Checco works as a bouncer at a suburban disco and dreams of becoming a member of the Carabinier (Italian military/civilian police) one day. Unfortunately, he keeps failing the entrance exam for the academy. But thanks to a recommendation of the Archbishop of Milan. Checco finds himself working as a security officer guarding the Madonna, the uppermost statue of Milan's Duomo cathedral. While there, Checco befriends a beautiful young Arab woman named Farah who is not really the student of architecture she pretends to be. Her interest in Checco is neither cultural nor romantic -- she is actually plotting with her brother to bomb the cathedral to avenge her parents' death in the Gulf war
