Synopsis

A Hollywood film company goes on location at an English barracks to film a military picture. The film's director, Waggermeyer, and his assistant, Wanda, turn the barracks upside-down with such antics as chasing rats in the commissary. The behavior of the crazy American film crew accepted by the colonel of these Royal Loamshires, who wrongly assumes they have permission from the brigadier-general to use his unit in their film.
