Martin's plane crashes in the jungle of Brazil. Nobody believes he survived. In the meantime his wife, Kate, falls in love with another man, Dr. Harper. After two years Martin does come home, but has gone mad in the Jungle. His wife can't stand it no longer and poisoned his drink. He finds out and doesn't drink it. Later he commits suicide and Kate gets the blame. At the end she's acquitted of all charges and marries Dr. Harper.
