Synopsis
Aging Wall Street financier Jim Stanwood falls in love with his young and beautiful neighbor, Helene Craig. To win her, he goes abroad and gets a rejuvenation operation, telegraphs his office of his death, and returns as a "nephew" who has inherited everything. Shortly before Stanwood is to marry Helene, he collapses during a performance of Faust and returns to his former appearance. Mary, his devoted secretary, comes to his side when Helene shrinks from him in horror.
