Synopsis
Girlfriends Rosario and Hugo are hapless schemers who are always borrowing money from Isadora and Enrique, Rosario's ailing and elderly mother and stepfather. When Isadora refuses to be swindled once again by her daughter, Rosario erupts into hysterics. The tug of war between mother and daughter escalates when Isadora, beginning to show signs of senility, has a near dangerous adventure in the crowded streets of Santiago. Once rescued, mother and daughter and their respective spouses begin the slow process of forgiveness and begin to see a new future.
