Synopsis
Norberto has an orderly life until he loses his job. Before telling his wife, he tries his luck at a real estate company where he gets taken on for a probationary period. His new boss suggests he take a course in assertiveness to overcome his extreme shyness. After some hesitation, Norberto signs up for an acting class. In class, Norbeto tries to follow the teacher's instructions to shout out loud, but he can hardly manage a weak mutter. Losing his new job seems imminent if he does not manage to close a deal on a property. In the meantime, Norbeto's wife Silva gets fed up with his evasive behavior and decides to move out. As he prepares for his acting class' quarterly festival, Norberto struggles to preserve what he has left and tries to devise a plan for his next steps.
