Synopsis

During the war, Buck Healy saves Manuel Del Rey from a barrage, thus winning the favor of his father, a Mexican rancher, but the boy later dies. After the war, Buck returns home to Gunsight, Arizona, a border town. He finds that his brother, Tom, has become an outlaw, who is arrested following a bank robbery. Buck prevails on the sheriff to release Tom into his custody, but the boy is captured by his outlaw friends as is Buck himself when he attempts to rescue his brother. Murdock, the outlaw leader, finds a letter from Señor Del Rey on Buck, and he impersonates the latter in order to rob the Mexican rancher. He kidnaps Del Rey's daughter, Juanita, whom Buck met earlier, but Buck manages a sensational escape and saves Juanita, who thereafter sees him in a better light.
