Synopsis

Duyen marries Hai and she thinks she is happy. But soon, life for the young couple feels rather dull. Duyen has a girlfriend, Cam, who is secretly in love with her and is troubled by her unhappy marriage. To hide her real feelings, Cam pretends to be tortured by her attraction to a man named Tho. One rainy day, Cam feels under the weather and asks Duyen to take a letter to Tho. Upon meeting Tho, Duyen immediately feels passionately attracted to him which ultimately leads to conflicts and competing jealousies amongst everyone.
