Brief Synopsis

Nagamine's daughter is brutally killed by two boys. However, due to their ages the boys are protected from prosecution by Japan's Juvenile Act. Driven by his own mounting anger and despair over the loss of his daughter, Nagamine decides to track the boys down and take the law into his own hands.
