Synopsis
Monte Chapman vows to track down the murderer of his brother, a detective who was killed while on the trail of a female motorcycle gang known as The Hellcats. Accompanied by his brother's girl friend Linda, Monte ingratiates himself with the cycle girls and at a "freak-out love-in" learns that the Hellcats are involved with a narcotics smuggler named Mr. Adrian. Linda is invited to join the leader of the Hellcats, Sheila, and another girl, Betty, on a trip to Mexico to pick up a shipment of drugs which they will store in the headlights of their bikes. The police become suspicious and follow the trio as they return from Mexico, and Betty is killed when her cycle goes out of control. Upon delivering the dope, Sheila and Linda are held captive by Adrian for allowing themselves to be followed, and a short time later Monte is also taken prisoner. As Adrian prepares to make his getaway by boat, Monte and Linda are taken, gagged and bound, down to the docks. Sheila manages to escape and alert both the Hellcats and the police into rushing to the rescue. During the dockside melee that ensues, Adrian is killed, the narcotics ring is smashed, and Monte and Linda are reunited.
